Even a short note like “this size runs smaller than expected” can help someone. Trendy pieces are fun, but I only buy them when the price is reasonable. From my experience, communication with the store can tell you a lot.

Shipping speed is not everything, but extremely slow delivery is very annoying. I also check if the store explains how to measure PD and frame size clearly. Nobody wants pretty shoes that hurt after ten minutes of walking. Having a tracking number that works on common sites is very convenient. I have learned to avoid items that look extremely different in every product photo.
